To begin with, everyone starts in the Beginner classes, until I have ensured I have taught you the Pilates principles and your body is ready for the next level up, then when I feel you are ready to move on up, I will give you the nudge!
For those who have done minimal or no Pilates before, AND/ OR have restricted ability (medically or physically)/ mobility/ strength - progressive classes, building on the prior week.
For those who have done a reasonable amount of Pilates before, AND/OR have some body awareness/ generally good mobility/ some strength - progressive classes, building on the prior week.
Not suitable for those with osteoporosis/osteopenia
