What information do we ask for, why and where do we keep it?
When you register, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire including both personal and medical details, an emergency contact form and a waiver.
This information is kept securely on my GDPR compliant booking system, TeamUp. When you make a card payment for products or services, my card processor is Stripe.
I ask for this information on the basis of building a better medical/ fitness picture of yourself to be able to ensure safe practice within class. Personal details such as contact number and email address are collected to remain in contact regarding classes and/or marketing.
Who can access your information?
You can ask to see the information I hold for you at any time.. Only you and Paige (me, the teacher) can access this information and it will be used to inform your practice and handle your bookings and payments.
I do not share any of this information with any third party.
Your “Right to be Forgotten”
You have the right to remove consent at any time, please inform me (Paige) and your details will be removed from the system. Please note that I am obliged to retain any teacher notes about your practice for 7 years in order to comply with insurance requirements.
Data storage
Our online booking system, TeamUp store all data in servers and back up servers located in the United States. TeamUp has taken steps to ensure it complies with GDPR regulations related to transferring data outside of the EU. Read more here.

Agreement
I will ask you to indicate on your registration form to our use of your data as described above when you start working with me (Paige) or opt into a service.
Marketing opt-in.
Marketing emails can be opted in or out of on the initial registration form and consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting me (Paige).
Pilates Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Single Class Booking
• Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a class; failure to do so will result in the class not being recredited to your account.
2. 4-10-Class Memberships
• The membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If the membership is unstarted, it is valid for 6 months from the purchase date.
• Once the first class is booked, the membership is valid for 40 days from the date of that first class registration.
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a class; failure to do so will result in the class not being recredited to your account.
General Membership Conditions
• By purchasing any membership option, you agree to these terms and conditions.
• Classes are subject to availability, and it is recommended to book early to secure your preferred time slot.
• Memberships are not extendable except in cases of documented medical conditions or classes are not running due to Paige’s leave. Paige will, at her discretion decide in other circumstances, which are to be discussed with Paige.
• Paige reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In such cases, you will be recredited with your class credit and an extension of at least 7 days will be added to your membership validity period.
3.Terms & Conditions: Unlimited Class Pass
By purchasing the Unlimited Class Pass from Paige’s Pilates, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
A. Class Access and Pass Validity
• The Unlimited Class Pass is valid for 42 days from the date of the first class booked from the pass pack (registration), unless otherwise stated.
• Clients may attend as many classes as they wish during the validity period, subject to class availability and booking requirements.
B. Cancellations or Unavailability
• If a class is cancelled by Paige’s Pilates, or if no classes are scheduled for a period of time (e.g., holidays), a minimum of 7 days will be added to the pass’s validity.
• Extensions will be applied automatically.
C. Booking and Attendance
• Clients must pre-book their classes to secure a spot.
• Missed or unbooked classes by the client will not result in any extensions or refunds.
D. Refunds and Transfers
• The Unlimited Class Pass is non-refundable and non-transferable. It is exclusively for the named purchaser.
E. Fair Use Policy
• The pass is designed for regular, committed use. Paige’s Pilates reserves the right to review usage if patterns suggest misuse.
F. General Policies
• Classes are subject to availability. Paige’s Pilates may occasionally amend the class schedule.
• Clients are responsible for checking class updates via [email, booking system, or contact method].
If unused/unstarted within 6 months, class credits will be lost.
G. Communication
• Extensions or updates to your pass (e.g., due to cancellations) will be communicated either via email/text/booking app.
4. On-Demand Terms and Conditions:
The membership will entitle the purchaser to view a library of videos only. Under no circumstances are the videos to be shared, recorded or copied in any form. Valid for 30 days from day of purchase. This membership is non-transferable and non-refundable The videos are by no means medical advice and Paige accepts no liability for bodily injury to self or others.
